    Further update I didn't get shortlisted Team Assistant post (as they need someone ASAP). Unfortunately not the L & D Coordinator role either. But rather than be discouraged, they recommended that based on my Office Admin experience I check their website for a HR Administrator. Ironically when I checked I saw 2 HR Administrator on there, one with the very same recruiter as the L & D role.I have submitted for both using one of your cover letter templates with my CV.

    I just had a informal chat with one of the hiring Managers regarding the Team Assistant post. I repeated all the information I have learned from you and impressed them. They will be shortlisting for Interviews and only sticking point is Notice period required from current employer as it will come up in the Interview. As they need someone ASAP, I said I will double check with my employer. I will also be checking in with her colleague as I also applied for L & D Coordinator.

    So all I need to do now is to repeat this informal chat with the hiring manager at the actual interview itself.

    (Update even with my confirmed remaining leave which my employer say they can deduct, they still need sooner, so was only sticking point)
