   To think this is going to put down a perfectly stamped wing with just one correctly positioned press to the skin is actually pretty naive imo. I think the stamp is simply meant to assist w/the general shape & placement of the wing, & the liner is what you’ll use most to perfect it & line the rest of your lid. Stamping over & over is just asking for disastrous results bcz there’s little chance of getting the placement down in the right spot more than once. I was actually a surprised to see you doing that. But then again if you think about it, would we really want a super saturated triangle to stamp down on our eye? I wouldn’t bcz it wouldn’t give me any room to help to perfect the wing according to my eye shape. I think it’s important to put a line down w/the liner 1st so you know where you’ll need to put the stamp down according to your eye shape.
   But side note: I think they should’ve put both wings on either end of one pen (marked right & left) & then just made the 2nd pen a full size WATERPROOF brush tip liner (instead of felt).
   I’ve used this in black and loved the liner formula but the stamp? Well, I COULD use it but I’ve found that using a sharp pencil 1st to mark where my wing & liner would go then going in w/my liquid liner after gave me great results (til I learned how to do it without using the pencil liner 1st).

    I don’t think you can judge something the first time you’re doing it. I don’t think they have the hang of it yet. Plus the didn’t like the size and shape but that was the one they bought 🤣 there are other size and shapes.

    My eyes are hooded and this works amazing for me, not sure what the issue is with you guys, but maybe its the type of eyeshadow you're using? Just weird.

    My eyelids are waaay more hooded than Kats even, I have to push my eyebrow up with my finger and close my eye in order for it to be flat enough to draw on. I feel like this is a godsend on the surface but a waste of space deep down.

    These are great for me since I dont do makeup often but love a winged eye/ dont have the time to learn how to do it neatly and even each time! I was sort've intersting to see how you guys used the stamp to make a different eyeliner shape!
    I also have hooded eyes. so this thing is amazing for me.

    Kat, I wouldn’t call your eyes hooded. They’re almond shaped which might make them appear hooded in the inner corner RELATIVE to the outside corner, but you have a lot of visible eyelids space, probably more than hailey. I have hooded eyes and all eyeshadow and eyeliner disappears under my upper lid when my eyes are open. That’s how I got away with being terrible at eyeliner as a teenager because I’d basically give myself a Smokey eye out liquid liner alone and not realize how bad it looked because it disappeared when I looked in the mirror.

    it looks like a weird triangle at the end of the eyes and not really winged eyeliner but yes it is good for people with shaky hands i guess

    I have hooded eyes and I freaking love this! You may need to add in a raised area or tailor it slightly to suit your eyes but for me this is a god send! I feel like you guys had made your mind up about the product before you even tried it.

    Could the results be different with the smaller stamps? I have these and I do find that the felt tip picked up product when I tried to go over it for a more intense look the first time I used it (I haven't tried it again yet so admittedly it could have been me).

    I've tried so many different types of this sort of thing, VampStamp, the type like you ladies tried etc. with really terribly results. But, you both looked really good lol. The wings looked the same and even, really, but, you had to draw completely over them. Only certain types of eyes can use them – no texture, flat surface. Spot on review.

    The idea itself may not be that bad once you get a hang of it. The tricky part is to make the other side match. I have a liner from Rimmel with a flat side. It helps a Little with the wing. It's better than this one, because it's a pen, and the flat side is parallel So I can Line it against my nose.
