   RuPaul doesn't even do her own make-up & hasn't since the 90s. Same with her hair (wigs), and her clothes. She basically stands/sits there whilst someone changes RuPaul Charles the man into RuPaul the drag queen. That's not being shady, it's the truth and she's very open about it.

    💼 👝 👜 👛 I really loved hearing about the Anastasia Beverley Hills releases. I WANT THEM ALL. They’re one of my favioute brands but, I’m sure some of the blue shades I already have duplicates of.

    🌻Today I also found out that one of my favourite YouTubers Carli Bybel, is releasing a palette with them too. 😍 I hope it’s permanent. 🌻

    that shroud cosmetics palette is BEAUTIFUL !!!! 👛 also with the ABH, even id forgotten about jackie and alyssa edwards release due to these constant releases – i understand some of the ‘troubles’ they may have come across but I’d almost completely forgot about their releases and they’ve only been out a few months ….

    So much yes on the company name changes!! I'll never get it. It seems this year has been the year of indie company name changes and it's driving me crazy. Ghoulish Bath Delights was promoted a lot in the indie/goth community and when I went to look for them a few months ago, I couldn't find them. Thought they closed down, but turns out they changed their name and completely rebranded everything. The whole reason most liked them was because of the horror theme behind them and now they look nothing like that and they got rid of all the products that made them so popular in the first place. I have zero interest in the new shop now.

    Same with Makeup Monsters. They said they changed their name and theme because of lack of sales, but most people loved them because of their horror theme. But they pretty much only did lipsticks (which now they've abandoned as a primary focus…and got rid of so many extremely unique colors I haven't been able to find anywhere else) and didn't seem to advertise much. Had they expanded to the different products they're doing now and advertised as much as they do now, they would have grown like they wanted to AND kept their core audience/fans. I love animals, but I'm really just eh about they're whole look now. I also hate their new name. I feel it's difficult for most people to spell (I myself kept having to check to make sure I was spelling it right at first), and "menagerie" actually means "a collection of wild animals kept in captivity for observation." To me, that seems to go against what they're trying to represent. Menagerie makes me think of rare wild animals taken from the wild by some uncaring rich person and put in a cage for them to gawk at until they die. I just don't get the name choice at all.

    It's definitely detrimental to the brand to change their name just to change it. I don't understand why they don't see that…

    🛍️ Mars isn't going to get my money with that collection, but I might pick up one of those Stila glitter and glow packs if there are no double-ups, and as a professional tarot reader the names and look of that Shroud palette is gorgeous, but the colors are too out there for me, personally. None of the holiday stuff has gotten me excited this year, I have to say… It all seems very repetitive and boring, or too crazy to be wearable and usable.

    I feel like if the Norvina palettes had the bottom 2 rows (and duplicate/colors that appear similar) cut off, people would be more willing to buy them. I would have at least given them a second look. At $60 a palette, I expect all the shades to be different, dammit.

    The Lush Halloween range have the owl and pussycat and the out of space bath bomb holders as an option for gift wrapping. When you go into a store you can’t choose your own to put in the gift boxes, but they offer the knot wraps for that, now the bath bomb holders are another option if the knot wrap isn’t suitable for you !

    Two things of note… 1. Why does Kat Von D get so much hate?… is it over the vaccine thing? Grow up please, I cannot vaccinate my children due to allergies of a couple of ingredients that are in most of them. Vaccines got us to where we are today but there are known allergies and reactions that can occur when they are taken, that is why in the US you must sign a consent form. If death should occur from the vaccine they are not held liable. Ignoring that this exists is just heartless to people like my kids who share the same genetics that prevent them from surviving certain vaccines. If that is not why you do not support her I am curious why that is. 2. I was born in 1990 and I am turning 29 so us 90's kids will be in our 30's soon enough. Also I think I will be getting the lilac pallet form color pop! woot!! Sorry there releases annoy you but they are like year round Christmas for me. 😀

    Guys….you are awesome! Also be kind to those who want best for their child. I have been seriously ill after vaccination when I was about 32. If I had a child (luckily don't, so do not have to make a decision…) I would be freaking out that one could kill my baby! They are smaller than me and we would obviously share genetics and all….KVD is a mother and one day when you have kids you will see how scary things can be. She is an artist. And an amazing one! Being able to raise a family with all that ridiculous pressure, on her own (she creates, not people who work for her) and still do the work she does…I applaud her!
    The one who is not a sinner, throw rocks….whatever the saying is. You both support torture and killings of millions of animals across the world (by eating them, using products that torture them, milk that is produced by atrocious means…etc) and one person that is worried about wellbeing of their baby is a monster? I am not perfect. Far from it. I wear leather shoes that are made from ripped skin of the backs of intelligent living beings that are murdered too. Who am I to judge . Just saying…be kind and do not judge people for their choices…unless you are perfect in every way and can help to protect every living being on this planet and never support killings….

    You are makeup lovers. Why judge makeup over your prejudices? Judge it for its quality, pricing and beauty preferences. This all sounds like when sports turned into politics in my former country. As "opposing" countries had a match….turned into fire and blood. Makeup and sport are just entertainment. Innocent and fun. Leave it at that.

    I’d want the 1991 palette. Because it’s beautiful, but history wise! It’s when the wall came down in Berlin and Germany was reunited! I can combine two loves. History and makeup! Geeks love makeup too.
