I don’t think I could ever answer ‘strongly agree’ to “I like to follow a crowd” And I would be bemused by anyone who did select that if I was hiring. That implies that they are easily led and swayed and will say anything just to curry favour with someone. Basically a kiss-ass with no ability to form independent thought.

I would most probably write neutral because although there is a lot of injustice in the world, especially in the news – goodness and being good in general is normally underrepresented and underappreciated so it is probably equal.

The questions I have seen are never this cut and dry. They are often both positive or negative traits that do not seem to pertain to one another.

Myers-Briggs is bullshit anyways… Why it’s used as an employment resource is archaic.

Big 5 is far better at gauging work ethic reliability, what positions people with a certain measurable score in certain areas would be most suited for and more likely to remain a satisfied & satisfactory employee for longer periods than others…

Enneagram is a great choice for what type of tasks & goal orientations motivate individuals… even how effectively those people interact individually when you break it down into wings, in terms of management style it’s an invaluable tool.

Myers-Briggs is an “either/either” designation in 4 categories that are documented & clinically studied to be represented in mixed states or situational in nature for the majority (if not all) of the population.

You could take the Myers-Briggs before & then again after having lunch and get two entirely separate results.

Can you substantiate the idea that answering with "strongly agree/strongly disagree" looks bad on tests? I've only answered in extremes for every job I've had.

If these tests have to be gamed to pass, then what good do they do? You can screen candidates by experience and education, and you still have no idea who you are really hiring until they have been with you for a few weeks. There is no way some made up test based on made-up science can give you much useful information. They keep a bunch of HR people employed, though.

This is really funny that someone wants to pass the test. It is not about passing or failing, it is about who you are and understand yourself better. So CarreerVidz , why ? why this video ? Will this help people in long term ?
