I personally would not have picked that example as difficult coworker. You having "too high standard" (which I personally think no coworker would actually say it) for the company make it sound like you are trying too hard to make yourself sound better. I would rather pick more realistic situation with following how you were able to over come and what you have learned.

Good answer……..in an outdated company.
Nowadays, employers can see through that prepared monotone speech. They hire people based on their gut feeling. So just act cool and tell real experiences as if your impressing a friend.
