    No they are not. The vast majority of democrats don't believe it's constitutional to remove Trump from the ballots either. Colorado was way off the money on this one. The question is if Trump gets convicted by a jury in November for his other alleged crimes AND wins the election, how does a sitting president of the USA run the nation from a jail cell? Can he pardon himself? He'll try, but many scholars suggest that this won't fly with the Supreme Court. It's going to be interesting.

    This court neither follows Textualism, or Iriginialism this is Conservarist in its views just as the Didd decusion exposes. Its an activist Court with the lowest polling numbers that rival IRS & the Republucan do – nothing Congress. All horrible.

    The Court is closed for business today the dat brfore Super Tuesday released this ruling operating on behalf of Trump.
    In yet another Trump immunity case it takes two weeks for the Court to say yes – and four weeks before they hear it and four more weeks to decide.

    Why? That's Conservatism too.The court can be fast only when it wants to be. The court intentionalky running out the clock.

    Decisions like these today only took one day by prior Courts.

    SCOTUS made it clear the constitution states its a job for congress

    We the ordinary people can better interpret the constitution than the Colorado courts judges on what insurrection means in the context it’s written in the constitution. It’s sad that a protest march is defined as insurrection because some losers cannot stand DJT having such huge support including RiNO Liz Cheney.
