The FBI investigation of Trump found no insurrection, therefore there were no charges.
If anyone has copies of the indictments or charges, or the guilty verdict please direct me to them.
As an Analyst and a Forensic Auditor, I cannot make a fair judgement without verified Data.

Supreme Court is the Third Branch of Government, it makes sure the Constitution and the Bill of rights are the laws of the land, not the FBI, CIA, DOJ, NSA, that would lead the USA into a police state.

Um, hardly. The question addressed by the SCOTUS here was if one state could take a candidate off the ballot in that STATE. SCOTUS ruled they could not. So OBVIOUSLY, this opens the gate for a FEDERAL prosecution for insurrection (i.e. TREASON). Is that what you really want if Trump loses? I bet the gigantic, ponderous, bloated sac of protoplasm he calls a body, would likely separate from his head, were he given the treatment for traitors he himself suggested.
