   I think Colorado needs to be held accountable for wasting SCOTUS’S time! There needs to be something which prevents states or people from creating false laws or false constitutional issues! We need to nip these things in the bud and make examples of people who really want to bypass the constitution.

   The ink wasn't dry on the decision before a story popped up about some guy the FBI was looking for was bent on assassinating Trump and Pompeo. Democrats in the media have already hinted at it rather inartfully.

   Basically, the individual states do not have to obey SCOTUS decision and allow Trump's name on ballots anymore than Texas has to obey SCOTUS decision about their interference role at the border. SCOTUS has no provision to enforce, only to make decision. To enforce SCOTUS decision, congress will have to legislate for federal agents to levy penalties against states or for federal agents to take specific action of putting out different States' ballots. Civil disobedience, y'all. What's SCOTUS going to actually DO? Absolutely nothing, because they can't.
