   The Supreme Court has Failed Miserably To Uphold the Constitution!! Even if he wasn’t convicted of insurrection he was still guilty and the educated people know it!! How do people explain the fact that Trump intends to Pardon those who Were Convicted? This is a Travesty of Justice!! He’s been convicted of many other crimes! He’s a criminal who has twisted the Rule of Law Our Country was founded on!!

    Dems: We can't win with an obviously mentally incompetent prez, so we'll do whatever we can to make sure Republicans can't get their candidate elected… Apparently, accusation is the new guilty verdict. 🙄. They can get state courts to act like they have the power to make decisions based on unfounded accusations of inciting insurrection, but DC Dems are unhappy when states are left to decide on the laws regarding abortion. Our judicial system has become a weapon for the Dems to wield as they need, but they want to disarm law abiding citizens. At least they're not playing their race cards when they try to control our freedoms….silver linings and all that.

    The moral of the story is that someone can't just be kicked off the ballot because some guy in a black robe THINKS Trump committed insurrection…he must first be justly tried and convicted as such by due process of law, just like any other American citizen.
