    No one, none of the January 6th Defendants or Trump have been charged with insurrection…AND…even if you twist things around where Trump is either charged or found guilty of Insurrection…the 14th Amendment DOESN'T Apply to Trump, seeing as Trump was never a former Confederate Officer.
