   Ed Woodward's fingerprints were all over the Super League. Hence its failure. Woodward worked for JP Morgan before joining Man Utd. Despite being English and a football fan himself, Woodward does not really understand the culture of English football. Woodward's miscalculation with the Super League would have been a shock had it not been for his repeated failures at Man Utd. The business of football cannot be conducted like most other businesses because of the fans. The fans hold enormous power in determining a club's value because its revenues ultimately all come from fans. Yes all, including broadcasting revenues. Guess who pay the broadcasters. And fans buy the tickets, and merchandise, etc, etc. Fans are motivated only by their passion for the club they support, at their own expense. Of all people Woodward should know you can't ignore the fans and you cross them at your own peril. He's failed them enough times. Maybe this time he'll learn. But I doubt it because this man's not very bright. Man Utd have not rebuilt itself since Ferguson stepped down in 2013 – that's eight long years! We are only now seeing some shoots of rebuilding when we should already be winning titles season in season out.

   You are not any different seeing how you've let foreign billionaire investors buy out historical clubs – British football's pride and joy – and turn the stadiums into a money pitch. Currently, EPL is gone. There's money playing, no football and that breaks my heart, considering MU was my biggest love.

    no i think sky will be secretly worried.why coz thats 3 times in rhe last yr rhat fans have rebelled 1 furlough scheme for the poorly paid staff. pay to view now this esl. lets face it most of us havent been in a football ground for a year. and we can suddenly break a habit. as for me i cant afford to go

    Fks sake Sky have been abusing the fans for years! They sit there in their righteousness filling their pockets with sports fans cash? Sky have favoured these 'super 6' clubs almost becoming the club's own tv stations. Ever since they got rid of unpaid directors footballs integrity has gone down the toilet!

    Ed Woodward leaving? That's a shame. I was hoping that he would stay FOREVER and continue to sign players who are never going to be good enough.
    Another thing that made me laugh was overpaying player's contract.
    Just because you pay Alex Sanchez £500k per week, that doesn't mean that he'll play as well as Messi or Ronaldo.
    Another Woodward special was deciding to extend the contract of (The World's Best 😅😅😅😅) Phil Jones. He'll never leave United because no other club would be stupid enough to pay him that amount of money
