Disagree with the references. My friend owns her own recruitment, and she said that candidates are encouraged to leave references off because for privacy reasons

I am currently preparing for an interview and working on my CV and cover letter by watching your videos. I have found them to be very helpful. However, I noticed that most of the videos are tailored towards business professionals applying to companies. I was wondering if you have any specific resources or advice for writing a cover letter for a Special Needs Assistant position at a school. I am struggling with it and also unsure about the types of questions I should ask during the interview.

I got a job and went for Interview after watching ur video. I was successful but they later informed me that they want a nurse in the uk already. And they apologized for all inconveniences. I'm not giving up. Pls any video on cv for nurses, I want to apply to other clinics.
