Our $22 billion per year that supports our CDC is a lot more reasonable than the $900 billion that we spend on our military. For reference, Russia spends $84 billion on its military, or less than 1/10 of what the USA spends. A former Raytheon employee, he is supported by that company. Raytheon is the USA's primary provider of missiles. Garcia votes for every military expenditure possible. We are still making nuclear bombs despite having over 5,000 of them. Our military budget should be no more than $200 billion, which is over double what Russia spends.
