When you have no job in hand and sitting at home for more than 3 years how can you expect salary… at this situation job becomes more important than salary… salary will be increased once the company sees our performance this is my opinion

What if you already know the salary the company is offering, and that is the salary you are aiming for, how would I respond to the salary expectations question? Is there another special response to that?

This is propaganda to have low expectations for salary

Can I say : Definitely joining such a prestigious agency like yours , I am confident that i will be appreciated and paid fairly . Your fair and regular "salary system" is unquestionable. I'm sure that my qualifications, skills and experiences will be professionally valued more than anywhere else."

Can i say that without any numbers or range ??

How to answer this question when the job listed how much you are going to get paid? For example, the job said the employee will get paid $10 to 14 an hour. So, how to answer this question?

  11. @user-xf4wq7zo7t

    March 10, 2024 at 4:12 pm

If salary is given as per expectations , then you can give me 10 % share of your company ❗

  12. @samanthaleather1486

    March 10, 2024 at 4:12 pm

You come across more aggressive than confident. Confidence doesn’t mean shouting. If I was recruiting I’d think you were a bit ott… an important question is always “can I work with this person” …

  13. @mohammedshaif1239

    March 10, 2024 at 4:12 pm

    Can I say
“I think you have an excellent system salary so I don’t have any specific expectation”

"Passing on my knowledge,to everyone else in the team so they can use it to" sounds arrogant to me. Is there a different way to say this?

  16. @nathansmith5333

    March 10, 2024 at 4:12 pm

I don't know man, there is a limit to where the things your saying sound like your saying buzz words for the sake of it, and any real employer could very potentially hate it

  27. @tandy174

I would put the ball in their court and negotiate at the very end when my value is at its highest. Getting them to put a number and working with it to negotiate for more would be my approach.

  29. @FlorestanTrement

    March 10, 2024 at 4:12 pm

"I am worth that amount": That's a very disparaging comment on yourself. Maybe your work is worth that. But they don't buy a person, they buy their services, rent their competence.
By saying this, you set yourself as a slave and even advise your potential boss to treat you as such.

  30. @Samiimgr

    March 10, 2024 at 4:12 pm

Great explanation. But instead of exact number, I would suggest to say high end of the spectrum if you have some experience. If no experience then research about the average market value for that position and say you want range between the average – high amount. Then they will decide.
