why look at answers and have a "leg up" , take the test honestly, otherwise you're ballooning your abilities

This does NOT answer the question as to how to take the test. How do you work the problems?

If you solve it like (58 % of 700) / 7 = I'd rather you move on with an alternate life

LESS extra talk and MORE questions. holyyyy
@MrAndromar

Jesus! For the first question, just divide 700by7=100. Then 58% of 100. Easy.
WTF?! how can anyone learn from you?

If this is an aptitude test, I’d imagine grammar is pretty important, right? There’s no comma after 2 in the problem “Multiply 21 by 3 and subtract it from 108 multiplied by 2 minus 27”. This implies “…108 multiplied by (2 minus 25)” or “108 * -25” and not “…108 multiplied by 2, minus 25.”

Hi Richard, thanks for all the aptitude training I am getting here. I just want to get clarity on the question about the clock at 10:10 am, I thought it would take the long arm (minute) 300 deg to reach 11:00 am – but you said 270 deg… Remember, the minute hand will not stop on the 11 mark for the time to be 11:00 but will stop at the 12 mark – which is 60 deg less than the full revolution from where it started.
Please help me understand your reasoning to get to the 270 deg answer – much appreciated! Thanking you in advance.

To the instructor, with all due respect, you may know what you are doing but you certainly do a bad job relaying that information (teaching).

Get a new instructor. She lacks the ability to articulate and explain well. She sounds like she's reading out of a book and doesn't even understand what she's teaching. Also she stumbles when she speaks.

58% of 700 ÷ 7 is simpler than u made it.
Just divide 700 by 7 easy 100
58% of 100…
Easy 58… I'm a genius

March 11, 2024 at 9:29 am
by following the BODMAS
we can see "of" the first one in the question
from there;
(58/100 x 700)x1/7
(58×7)/7
=58

700/7 = 100. Therefore, 58 % of 100 is 58
