The speech did not address the "state" of the Union. It represented the reasons for division, the causal factors of diversity. Most of all, it was the substance of reasons why Biden should never have been president. Many American citizens knew this to be true, anyway.

It was stomach churning listening to this old cout, he needs to be put in a mental hospital. The dog and pony show of people clapping and fussing over him was absolutely sickening, sickening. Biden knows better than I what his chances of getting re-elected are. He seems to think that his chances are not good. I hope he's right!
