    I can print a copy of HTML that is used to produce a website and hand it to a citizen to decode. The average American would not be able to decipher it. Also you can convert ASCII string into HTML script by replacing ASCII characters with special characters by using html. How many citizens in America understand HTML code or Python code???? The majority know nothing about computer programming, and the coding used in digital systems like phones, calculators, laptop computers, smart TVs and yes, Electronic voting. Americans lack understanding in both coding and cryptography. The "gap" is in the control of Big Tech, software and hardware engineers, and programmers. Knowledge is power in the hands of liberal bias programmers.
