   It’s the power of the president to appoint justices. There is no constitutional limit. We had a balanced court with equal numbers conservatives to liberals and trump ruined that balance. Packing the court is the only way to restore balance

   Democrats go out of their ways to be criminal. I never hear of adding extra justice when liberal justices were the majority in the SCOTUS. Now that the court has majority conservative justices, they want to pack the court because now the president is a DemoKKKrat. I guess when the SCOTUS is liberal in majority and we have a Republican president, we can pack the court too. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    The Greatest Court Packer (except for the first Supreme Court) was FDR. Due to deaths and retirements in the last 8 years of his 12 year term he appointed 8 out of 9 Supreme Court Justices. One had affiliations with the Triple K people and another one was the last Justice to have never attended Law School.

    I was tortured by 6 deputies for 5 hours. Their plan was to force me to attack someone and then label me as mentally I'll and dangerous . They had the documents all filled out. When it didn't happen they sealed the documents . No one will help me and a conspiracy in all levels of law enforcement including homeland security and the FBI . What do I do to get the justice I deserve?

    The irony is that even Supreme Court Justices that are DEMOCRAT were, and are, against Court packing. And even that doesn't stop Democrats like Pelosi, Schumer, and company from trying to do it. And Mr. Biden is on record many times throughout his career emphatically arguing against it.

    We've seen a lot of power grabs in 2021. Power grabs accomplished in the House of Representatives, others suggested in the Senate such as removing the Filibuster, which the Democrats gladly used hundreds of times in the past few years when they were the minority, and now even with regards to the Courts. I've heard numerous times over the past few years that all the Democrats really want is POWER, and so far, this appears to be true.

    I hate to say this but this is very likely to happen.
    Unless they cajole Manchin to go along with it it will likely be after the 2022 elections, but the Senate map is bad for Republicans for 2022.
    Republicans are likely to lose 1-3 seats. You can also be sure a number of seats that are vulnerable or potentially vulnerable for Republicans will be hit by a massive wave of negative stories by the media in an attempt to swing the elections against them. We will also see at least one or more races where glowing coverage is heaped on Dem challengers to help the Dem. They did it with Beto in 2018 to try and help him defeat Cruz, and they did it with Obama.
    Also Republicans warning that if democrats do this it will be done to them is not really effective. ThDems have thought this through. Once they have the Supreme Court they will be able to pass rulings that will rig the system so a Republican will never be elected president again.
    They are setting things up so they will be in power forever.

    No. Court packing is what Mitch McConnell did in 2016 when he kept a Supreme Court vacancy open for 11 months.

    Court Packing is what Mitch McConnell did when he refused to confirm Judge Merrick Garland on the Supreme Court.

    Mitch McConnell should have simply confirmed Judge Garland on to the Supreme Court and this whole topic about court packing wouldn’t even be an issue.
