9 WAYS TO MOTIVATE A TEAM AS A MANAGER!
1. Establish the expected standards from the get-go!
2. Provide the right training for all team members.
3. Be a role model and set a good example.
4. Treat everyone fairly and consistently.
5. Praise good work performance!
6. Tackle underperformance quickly and decisively.
7. Involve your team in key decisions when appropriate.
8. Create an inclusive working environment.
9. Encourage your team to embrace change and be trustworthy co-workers!

Q. How Would You Motivate Your Team EXAMPLE ANSWER! 04:14
“I would motivate my team by providing them with the required ongoing training and support. If a team has the resources, and the knowledge to do their jobs properly, they will feel motivated.

I would motivate my team through leading by example, by praising good work performance, and by also tackling underperformance immediately, and consistently.
I would also motivate my team by involving them, were possible, in the decision-making process. For example, if I were seeking new ways to promote company products, I would ask my team for their view on how this could be achieved.

Finally, I would motivate my team by creating a positive and inclusive working environment where everyone felt empowered to achieve great things, and be the best version of themselves possible.”

I’ve watched hours of your videos. Took every bit of advice from your videos, and I practiced practiced practiced. Had a flawless interview and presentation. Not once was I nervous or unsure of myself. I answered every question with exactly what they wanted to hear. And apparently I oversold myself and In their opinion way to over qualified for the job 🤣🤦🤦🤦

How to Write an ATS-Compatible CV (2025 Guide)
If you want to get noticed by employers, you must learn how to write an ATS-compatible CV. ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System—a tool used by recruiters to scan and filter CVs before a human ever sees them. If your CV isn’t ATS-friendly, it may be rejected automatically, no matter how qualified you are.

Follow these tips to ensure your CV passes the ATS scan:

Use a Simple Layout – Avoid tables, columns, text boxes, images, and fancy fonts. Stick to a clean format with standard fonts like Arial or Calibri.

Include Relevant Keywords – Scan the job description and mirror the keywords used (e.g., “project management,” “customer service,” “data analysis”) naturally in your CV.

Use Standard Headings – Stick to traditional headings like Work Experience, Education, Skills, and Professional Summary. ATS software recognises these easily.

Avoid Graphics and Logos – ATS systems can’t read visuals. Text only is best.

Save as a Word Document (.doc or .docx) – Some older ATS platforms struggle with PDFs.

Use Bullet Points – Keep achievements clear and scannable. Each bullet point should focus on a result or skill.

Don’t Overuse Acronyms – Always spell out terms at least once: e.g., “Customer Relationship Management (CRM)”.

Creating an ATS-friendly CV boosts your chances of getting to the interview stage. Make your CV readable, relevant, and results-focused!
