There is no way he can stand there for an hour, ranting in the way he did and does and deliver a speech in a manner like he did; angry, judge mental, bragging, narcissistic, full of himself, and obnoxious. Another thing he has been caught on camara doing is inappropriate touching of females, his need to smell hair, whisper in their ear, and make lewd remarks. On one occasion a Secret Service Agent had to intervene as the president was clearly out of bounds! Oh, I know his amphetamine use is a legally written prescription, but all the behaviors he displays are clearly symptoms of a user.
