   Dear Richard, for the intervie question #8, in case someone was working in the previous employer less than 5 years, how you can persuade your next one that you want to be in the same role with them for the next five ones? Ok to be promoted but why to believe that you have the intention to stay with them for another five years? Of course, if the environment is motivating and progressive, we are very keen on having very long-term relation with the new employer, but how we can express this?

   A very big thank you is not enough for all your efforts teaching us the best practices to pass interview more than successfully!!! May you please create a video how we can be prepared for the 2nd round and what questions should expect from the interview meeting with Heads and Managers, the top answer to any tricky questions made by them to choose the best candidate. Also answers which show that we are suitable and fully aware of the responsibilities of their offered role. The interview is in one week from now!!!!Many thanks in advance!!!!!!

    instead of Why Do You Want To Leave Your Job? what would me the best answer in case you are interviewing for a job that is less than your previous one ? for exemple I am a Team leader but I will interview for an agent position, an they always ask me why do you accept to go a step back ( in reality it is not my choice as i am not finding anything in my title now and i need to find a job asap to support myself)
