3/Design/Innovation Lbs.
4/All IT Majors + The TATAS Aero space Eng co + L&T+ HAL+DRDO+ISRO+
5/iits.
all cometogether and start designing to build the best..modeels.
best Indigenous ;powerful engines.

Don’t get carried away! You have to creep before you walk and you just started to creep. And who would want to wait 15 years for india to build an aircraft carrier when China does it in a year??

India is asleep, it still wants to reinvent the wheel, China built its skill by hiring foreign skill to build and train Chinese manpower.
If you want skilled manpower go into world market and employ foreign skill, have them build and train Indians.
If you want to build a quick manufacturing get all big Indian players together and employ skilled foreign skill to build it and train Indians.
