HOW TO PREPARE FOR A REVOLUT INTERVIEW (4 GREAT TIPS)
Are you preparing for a Revolut job interview? If so, these **4 essential Revolut interview tips** will help you stand out from the competition, answer difficult interview questions confidently, and increase your chances of getting hired!
Revolut is a global financial technology company offering digital banking and financial services. To pass your Revolut interview, you must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, customer focus, and a strong work ethic.
TIP #1: RESEARCH REVOLUT BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW!
One of the best ways to prepare for a Revolut interview is to research the company thoroughly.
Learn about Revolut’s financial products, international payments, budgeting tools, and business accounts. Understand its mission to simplify financial services and its commitment to innovation.
Prepare a convincing answer to the common Revolut interview question, “Why do you want to work for Revolut?”
Explain what attracts you to the company, how your skills match the position, and why you want to build your career there.
TIP #2: PREPARE ANSWERS TO COMMON REVOLUT INTERVIEW QUESTIONS!
Practise answering these popular Revolut job interview questions:
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why do you want to work for Revolut?
3. What do you know about Revolut?
4. Why should we hire you?
5. Tell me about a time you solved a difficult problem.
6. How do you handle pressure and tight deadlines?
7. Describe a time you improved a process.
Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) when answering behavioural interview questions.
TIP #3: DEMONSTRATE REVOLUT’S VALUES!
Revolut looks for candidates who demonstrate ownership, ambition, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.
Prepare examples of times when you took responsibility, improved efficiency, solved problems, and delivered outstanding customer service.
Whenever possible, quantify your achievements using numbers, percentages, or measurable results.
TIP #4: ASK THREE SMART QUESTIONS AT THE END!
At the end of your Revolut interview, ask these three questions:
1. What would success look like in this role during the first 90 days?
2. What are the biggest challenges facing the team right now?
3. What qualities do your highest-performing employees demonstrate?
Asking intelligent questions shows enthusiasm, preparation, and genuine interest in working for Revolut.
FINAL REVOLUT INTERVIEW ADVICE
To successfully pass your Revolut interview, research the company, practise common Revolut interview questions and answers, demonstrate your achievements, and show how you can contribute to the company’s continued success.
Good luck with your Revolut interview!
