I don't understand why you're yelling. This will affect the interview negatively while you should speak with balance in your voice and body language. You look like super excited that you already got an impossible job to get.. Calm down man😂.

So, last time, but you need to listen to the comments. Everyone says you are shouting. Just stop. It's scary, bizarre and it's totally against what you're trying to teach. Take the criticism and you will improve your videos immensely.

How to Write an ATS-Compatible CV (2025 Guide)
If you want to get noticed by employers, you must learn how to write an ATS-compatible CV. ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System—a tool used by recruiters to scan and filter CVs before a human ever sees them. If your CV isn’t ATS-friendly, it may be rejected automatically, no matter how qualified you are.

Follow these tips to ensure your CV passes the ATS scan:

Use a Simple Layout – Avoid tables, columns, text boxes, images, and fancy fonts. Stick to a clean format with standard fonts like Arial or Calibri.

Include Relevant Keywords – Scan the job description and mirror the keywords used (e.g., “project management,” “customer service,” “data analysis”) naturally in your CV.

Use Standard Headings – Stick to traditional headings like Work Experience, Education, Skills, and Professional Summary. ATS software recognises these easily.

Avoid Graphics and Logos – ATS systems can’t read visuals. Text only is best.

Save as a Word Document (.doc or .docx) – Some older ATS platforms struggle with PDFs.

Use Bullet Points – Keep achievements clear and scannable. Each bullet point should focus on a result or skill.

Don’t Overuse Acronyms – Always spell out terms at least once: e.g., “Customer Relationship Management (CRM)”.

Creating an ATS-friendly CV boosts your chances of getting to the interview stage. Make your CV readable, relevant, and results-focused!
