NUMERICAL REASONING TEST QUESTIONS & ANSWERS! (INSERT THE MISSING NUMBER!) PASS WITH 100%! https://youtu.be/XWnr_ksRRCI?si=kUOvRzMGpjbb3wdK

*** HOW TO PREPARE FOR A NUMERICAL REASONING TEST ***
If you have a numerical reasoning test coming up, preparation is essential. Numerical reasoning tests are commonly used by employers to assess your ability to work with numbers, identify patterns, interpret data and solve problems accurately under time pressure.

The good news is that numerical reasoning ability can improve significantly with practice. In this guide, I will explain how to prepare for a numerical reasoning test, the types of questions you should expect, and the best strategies for achieving a high score.

*** WHAT IS A NUMERICAL REASONING TEST? ***
A numerical reasoning test is an assessment designed to measure how effectively you can understand and work with numerical information.

Depending on the test, you may be required to answer questions involving percentages, ratios, fractions, averages, data interpretation, number sequences and missing numbers.

For example, you might be given the following sequence:

3, 6, 12, 24, ?

The correct answer is 48 because each number is multiplied by 2.

More challenging questions may involve two or more mathematical operations or require you to identify patterns between different sets of numbers.

1. PRACTICE AS MANY QUESTIONS AS POSSIBLE
The best way to improve your numerical reasoning test score is to practise lots of questions. The more questions you complete, the quicker you will become at recognising common patterns and deciding which calculation to use.

Focus particularly on areas you find difficult.

2. MASTER THE BASIC CALCULATIONS
Before taking your test, make sure you are confident with addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

You should also practise percentages, fractions, ratios and averages because these frequently appear in numerical reasoning tests.

3. LEARN TO SPOT NUMBER PATTERNS
Number series and missing number questions are common in reasoning assessments.

When analysing a number sequence, check whether the numbers are increasing or decreasing. Then consider whether the pattern involves addition, subtraction, multiplication or division.

If the pattern is not immediately obvious, calculate the difference between each number.

4. WORK ACCURATELY BEFORE WORKING QUICKLY
A common mistake is trying to answer questions too quickly during practice.

Initially, focus on getting the correct answer and understanding the method. Once your accuracy improves, start completing questions against the clock.

Speed should come after accuracy.

5. READ EVERY QUESTION CAREFULLY
Numerical reasoning questions are often designed to test your attention to detail as well as your mathematical ability.

Before calculating anything, establish exactly what the question is asking you to find. Pay particular attention to units, percentages and wording such as increase, decrease, difference and total.

6. USE A CALCULATOR EFFECTIVELY
If calculators are permitted, practise using one before your assessment. A calculator can save valuable time, but only if you know exactly which calculation you need to perform.

Do not rely on a calculator to identify the method for you.

7. PRACTICE UNDER TIMED CONDITIONS
Most numerical reasoning tests have strict time limits. Once you understand the different question types, complete several practice tests under realistic timed conditions.

If you get stuck on one difficult question, avoid spending too much time on it. Move on and return to it later if the test allows you to do so.

*** HOW TO PASS A NUMERICAL REASONING TEST (SUMMARY) ***

To pass your numerical reasoning test with a high score, practise consistently, learn the common question types and improve your speed without sacrificing accuracy.

Remember this simple approach:
READ the question carefully.
IDENTIFY the mathematical operation or pattern.
CALCULATE the answer accurately.
CHECK your answer before moving on.

Numerical reasoning tests can initially seem challenging, but they become much easier once you recognise the patterns and calculations being tested.

The more numerical reasoning questions and answers you practise before your assessment, the more confident, accurate, and efficient you will be on test day.

HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (Even When Your Mind Goes Blank!)

HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (Even When Your Mind Goes Blank!) Let me write your interview answers! https://passmyinterview.com/ultimate-tailored-job-interview-qa-package/ #jobinterviews #interviewpreparation #interviewtips
*** HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS WHEN YOUR MIND GOES BLANK! ***
Have you ever been asked a job interview question and suddenly your mind goes completely blank? You know you have the skills and experience needed for the position, but when the interviewer asks you a question, you simply cannot think of what to say.

This is incredibly common, and the good news is there is a simple technique you can use to get your answer back on track.

It is called the PPE METHOD:
P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING
P – PICK ONE THING
E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER

Here is how to use the PPE method to answer interview questions confidently, even when your mind goes blank!

P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING
The first thing to do when you are asked a difficult interview question is to pause.

Many candidates believe they have to start answering immediately. They don’t!

Taking a brief pause of two or three seconds before responding can actually demonstrate confidence, composure and good communication skills.

It also gives your brain valuable time to process the question and decide what you want to say.

If your mind goes blank, don’t panic and start talking for the sake of filling the silence. Take a moment, maintain positive body language and think about the question.

A short, controlled pause will usually look far more professional than rushing into an answer that lacks structure or direction.

P – PICK ONE THING
Next, pick ONE thing you can talk about.

One of the reasons people struggle with interview questions is because they try to formulate the perfect answer in their head before they start speaking.

Instead, simplify the process.

Think of just ONE relevant skill, experience, example, achievement or piece of knowledge connected to the question and start with that.

For example, imagine the interviewer asks:

“What are your greatest strengths?”

Your mind suddenly goes blank.

Instead of trying to remember a long list of strengths, pick ONE:

“One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively.”

You now have the starting point for your answer.

Or perhaps the interviewer asks:

“Why should we hire you?”

Pick ONE reason:

“You should hire me because I have the skills and qualities needed to contribute to the team from the moment I start.”

Once you have that first point, you can move on to the final stage of the PPE method.

E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER
Now EXPAND on the point you have chosen.

Explain why it is relevant, provide some evidence, give an example, or describe how it will benefit the employer.

Let’s return to the strengths example:

“One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively. In my previous roles, I have regularly communicated with customers, colleagues and managers, and I always make sure information is clear, professional and easy to understand. I believe this strength would help me work effectively with your team and provide excellent service to your customers.”

Notice what happened.

We started with just ONE simple thought – communication – and then expanded on it.

You do not need to have your entire interview answer prepared in your head before you start talking. You simply need a starting point.

REMEMBER: PPE!
If your mind goes blank during your next job interview, remember these three letters:

P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING.
Take two or three seconds to think. This demonstrates confidence, composure and good communication skills.

P – PICK ONE THING.
Choose one relevant skill, strength, experience, example or fact you can talk about.

E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER.
Develop your initial point by explaining it, giving evidence or providing an example.

The biggest mistake you can make when your mind goes blank is to panic. Instead, slow everything down and use PPE.

PAUSE. PICK. EXPAND.

This simple interview technique gives your brain time to work, provides your answer with direction and helps you communicate confidently under pressure.

Most importantly, remember that interviewers are not expecting you to respond like a robot. They want to see that you can listen carefully, think about the question and provide a clear, relevant and confident response.

So, before your next job interview, practise answering common interview questions using the PPE method.

The more you practise **PAUSE – PICK – EXPAND**, the easier it will become to answer difficult interview questions without your mind going blank.
