I understand how important it is to deliver outstanding customer service in this role. I have over 4 years experience of delivering outstanding customer service and have attended numerous training courses on the correct way to treat customers. The benefit to you is that I can be relied upon to take good care of your customers, which in turn will bring you more repeat custom and many happy & satisfied customers.

I am also really strong whilst working under pressure. In fact, I perform much better in pressurised situations. In my previous role, my line manager often praised me for my ability to work effectively whilst under pressure and he would often come to me when a job needed to be done quickly, to a high standard and whilst under strict timed constraints.
