The police department in Grand Rapids, Michigan is under scrutiny as investigations into the shooting into Patrick Lyoya case continues. The department has now released several videos of an officer’s encounter earlier this month, video released by the police show the moments before and after the fatal shooting of a young black man by a white police officer.
