#2. I will tell you the exact interview questions you need to prepare for. These questions are the ones I believe will come up during your ZOOM interview!
#3. I will give you sample TOP-SCORING answers to help you to PASS your Zoom interview!

7 VERY IMPORTANT TIPS FOR PREPARING FOR A ZOOM INTERVIEW!

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #1. 01:19

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #2. 02:07

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #3. 02:41

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #4. 03:16

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #5. 03:48

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #6. 04:23

ZOOM INTERVIEW TIP #7. 05:12

LET’S NOW TAKE A LOOK AT THOSE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS I BELIEVE WILL COME UP DURING YOUR ZOOM INTERVIEW!
So, to help you, I will give you the interview question, I will give you an important tip for answering it, and I will then give you a brilliant, top-scoring answer!

How do you greet an interviewer on Zoom?
ZOOM INTERVIEW QUESTION #1 – Tell Me About Yourself?
Use the S.E.A.T format to structure your answer.
S – SKILLS AND QUALITIES you have that match the job description.
E – EXPERIENCE relevant to the role.
A – ACHIEVEMENTS you have gained in your life so far.
T – TYPE of person you are and what you will do in the role!

TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF EXAMPLE ANSWER 06:05

ZOOM INTERVIEW QUESTION #2 – Why Do You Want To Work For Us?
It is really important you carry out some RESEARCH into the company you are applying to join before your Zoom interview. It only takes 5 minutes to research a company, and my advice is to:
(1). Look at their website ABOUT US page and find out about their history and plans for the future.
(2). Familiarise yourself with their products and services.
(3). Follow them on social media and take note of their latest news stories.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR US? EXAMPLE ANSWER 08:01

ZOOM INTERVIEW QUESTION #3 – What Are Your Strengths?
This question will come up during your Zoom interview! Now, the best way to answer this question is to cross-match any strengths you have with the job description. Now, the interviewer will be looking out for certain strengths and they want to hear examples of where you have demonstrated these strengths in a previous role. After all, anybody can say that they are a good team worker, but giving evidence of this strength will set you apart from the competition.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? EXAMPLE ANSWER 08:20

ZOOM INTERVIEW QUESTION #4 – What’s Your Biggest Weakness?
This is, undoubtedly, one of the hardest questions to answer during a Zoom interview. It is one of those questions where lots of candidates end up failing because they give a weakness that is going to be required in the role. Before I give you a great answer to this tough interview question, here’s a list of weaknesses to avoid.

1. Do not say you are a PERFECTIONIST. So many people use this as their weakness during Zoom interviews and they end up failing as a result! Being a perfectionist is certainly not a weakness!

2. Do not say your weakness is the fact you GET IRRITATED easily. Remember, in the vast majority of jobs, you must work alongside other people, and if they irritate you, you won’t be a good fit for the team!

3. Do not say your weakness is that you are not very good at WORKING UNDER PRESSURE. In virtually all job roles nowadays you will have multiple tasks and projects to work on, and working under pressure will be the norm!

So, what is the BEST WEAKNESS to give in a Zoom interview? Let’s look at my example answer:

WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS? EXAMPLE ANSWER 10:55

MORE ZOOM INTERVIEW QUESTIONS TO PREPARE FOR:
Q. Why do you want to leave your job?
Q. How would you deal with a difficult customer?
Q. How would you deal with conflict with a co-worker?
Q. Why should we hire you over the other candidates?
Q. How do you handle pressure and stress?
Q. Where do you see yourself five years from now?

HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (Even When Your Mind Goes Blank!)

HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (Even When Your Mind Goes Blank!) Let me write your interview answers! https://passmyinterview.com/ultimate-tailored-job-interview-qa-package/ #jobinterviews #interviewpreparation #interviewtips
*** HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS WHEN YOUR MIND GOES BLANK! ***
Have you ever been asked a job interview question and suddenly your mind goes completely blank? You know you have the skills and experience needed for the position, but when the interviewer asks you a question, you simply cannot think of what to say.

This is incredibly common, and the good news is there is a simple technique you can use to get your answer back on track.

It is called the PPE METHOD:
P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING
P – PICK ONE THING
E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER

Here is how to use the PPE method to answer interview questions confidently, even when your mind goes blank!

P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING
The first thing to do when you are asked a difficult interview question is to pause.

Many candidates believe they have to start answering immediately. They don’t!

Taking a brief pause of two or three seconds before responding can actually demonstrate confidence, composure and good communication skills.

It also gives your brain valuable time to process the question and decide what you want to say.

If your mind goes blank, don’t panic and start talking for the sake of filling the silence. Take a moment, maintain positive body language and think about the question.

A short, controlled pause will usually look far more professional than rushing into an answer that lacks structure or direction.

P – PICK ONE THING
Next, pick ONE thing you can talk about.

One of the reasons people struggle with interview questions is because they try to formulate the perfect answer in their head before they start speaking.

Instead, simplify the process.

Think of just ONE relevant skill, experience, example, achievement or piece of knowledge connected to the question and start with that.

For example, imagine the interviewer asks:

“What are your greatest strengths?”

Your mind suddenly goes blank.

Instead of trying to remember a long list of strengths, pick ONE:

“One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively.”

You now have the starting point for your answer.

Or perhaps the interviewer asks:

“Why should we hire you?”

Pick ONE reason:

“You should hire me because I have the skills and qualities needed to contribute to the team from the moment I start.”

Once you have that first point, you can move on to the final stage of the PPE method.

E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER
Now EXPAND on the point you have chosen.

Explain why it is relevant, provide some evidence, give an example, or describe how it will benefit the employer.

Let’s return to the strengths example:

“One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively. In my previous roles, I have regularly communicated with customers, colleagues and managers, and I always make sure information is clear, professional and easy to understand. I believe this strength would help me work effectively with your team and provide excellent service to your customers.”

Notice what happened.

We started with just ONE simple thought – communication – and then expanded on it.

You do not need to have your entire interview answer prepared in your head before you start talking. You simply need a starting point.

REMEMBER: PPE!
If your mind goes blank during your next job interview, remember these three letters:

P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING.
Take two or three seconds to think. This demonstrates confidence, composure and good communication skills.

P – PICK ONE THING.
Choose one relevant skill, strength, experience, example or fact you can talk about.

E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER.
Develop your initial point by explaining it, giving evidence or providing an example.

The biggest mistake you can make when your mind goes blank is to panic. Instead, slow everything down and use PPE.

PAUSE. PICK. EXPAND.

This simple interview technique gives your brain time to work, provides your answer with direction and helps you communicate confidently under pressure.

Most importantly, remember that interviewers are not expecting you to respond like a robot. They want to see that you can listen carefully, think about the question and provide a clear, relevant and confident response.

So, before your next job interview, practise answering common interview questions using the PPE method.

The more you practise **PAUSE – PICK – EXPAND**, the easier it will become to answer difficult interview questions without your mind going blank.
