JOB INTERVIEW TIP 1 – The following are good examples to give where you had to work under pressure:
1. Where you stayed behind LATE AFTER WORK to complete a time-sensitive priority task;

2. Where you lost a member of your team due to sickness or illness, but you still managed to complete a project or task on time despite being short of people!

3. Where your manager gave you AN ADDITIONAL TIME-SENSITIVE TASK TO COMPLETE on top of your workload.

JOB INTERVIEW TIP 2 – Use the S.T.A.R technique to structure your answer to this behavioural interview question:
SITUATION – Tell the interviewer or hiring manager what the situation was you were in.
TASK – Outline the task that needed to be done.
ACTION – Give details of the action you took to achieve the task.
RESULT – Disclose the results following your actions.
