TIP 1 – The tougher the situation you had to deal with, the better.
TIP 2 – Try to include any of the following in your response: A time constraint; Someone else’s emotions (anger, sadness, conflict etc.)
TIP 3 – Your ability to adapt and be flexible.
TIP 4 – Make sure you structure your answer to this interview questions using the STAR Technique:
SITUATION – what was the situation, who was involved and why was it difficult?
TASK – what was the task or what had to be done? What was your end goal?
ACTION – what action did you take to achieve the end goal?
RESULT – what was the result of your actions?
