Nepal’s flood catastrophe keeps deepening. The death toll from the devastating flash floods near the China border has climbed to 1,341-1,356, while nearly 5,000 people, including 589 foreign nationals, remain unaccounted for nearly two weeks after the disaster struck. Nepal’s Foreign Ministry has set up an emergency control room to trace missing citizens and foreigners as DNA sampling continues for unidentified bodies.
