A Ukrainian drone attack started a fire at the refinery that is the largest fuel supplier to the Moscow region on Tuesday, and two industry sources told Reuters that it had halted operations.

Three Philadelphia police officers were injured during a shooting in the city’s Wynnefield section Saturday night.

The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. near 54th and Arlington streets after police were called to the area for a shooting.
