We head back to 2016 when Marcus Rashford scored twice on his Premier League debut for Manchester United in their 3-2 win over Arsenal. The game was also notable for United manager Louis van Gaal deliberately hitting the deck in front of fourth official in protest at what he deemed to be a soft free kick given to Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal.
