Vaccine Manufacturer Pfizer on Friday withdraws its application from India. Pfizer vaccine was the first to get the emergency use authorization in India. This decision has come after reportedly failing to meet the drug regulator demand for local safety and immunogenicity study. So this decision means vaccines will not be available for sale in the world’s second-most populous nation.
