Two bodies were recovered after a labour colony in Kangra was inundated. Rescue operations have intensified, with 20 feared missing following the cloudburst. An orange alert has been issued, with Himachal Pradesh bracing for more heavy rains. Several people are missing after cloudbursts triggered massive flooding in the Kullu region. Flash floods also hit Lahaul-Spiti, blocking road traffic.
