2.) Click on the file you want to upload only once, then click “Export” on your bottom right corner.

3.) Under “Video” on the top left corner click on “Settings…” and set “Compression Type” to “Animation.” Afterward set “Key Frames: ” to “automatic”. Set “Compressor” to “Millions of colors+” and “Quality” to “Best.”
When you are done, click “OK”

4.) Now that you are back to “Movie Settings”
Under “Video” Click “Size…”
In the “Export size setting” to the right of “Dimensions: ”
Change “Current” to “1280 x 720 HD”
Afterward check the box to the left of “Preserve aspect ratio using: ”
After you are done, click “OK”

5.) Now that you are back to “Movie Settings” Under “Sound” click the words “Settings…”
Make sure that the “Compressor” is “MPEG-4 audio”
Also the “Rate: ” is “44.100” kHz
The “Size: ” is “16 bit”
and that “Use: ” is “Stereo”
Afterward Click “OK”.

6.) You are now back to “Movie Settings”
Under “Prepare for Internet Streaming”
There is something on the left side of the “Settings…”
Most likely it will say “Fast Start”
Make Sure you Change this to “Hinted Streaming”
After you are done with this on the “Movie Settings” Click “OK” and your video should begin to convert into a video format which youtube.com can understand.

I hope this helped you alot.
