INTRODUCE YOURSELF & TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF! (How to ANSWER Interview Questions!) #jobinterview #introduceyourself #tellmeaboutyourself
At the start of your job interview, you will have to answer the question either… Introduce yourself or tell me about yourself. The good news is you can use the same answer for both questions. But what should you talk about in your response?

I recommend you use my 4-3-2-1 structure.

This is a brilliant structure; it’s very easy to remember.

You start your answer and you talk about your top four skills. You can say something like this:

Thank you for this opportunity. I am a hard-working diligent, self-disciplined and results-driven team player.

You then talk about three experiences you can bring to their company. You can say something like this:

My experience of working on teams, collaborating on time-sensitive projects and providing excellent customer service mean I can hit the ground running in the role.

Then talk about two achievements you have attained in life so far. Those achievements can come from either a previous job role or your personal life. You can say something like this:

I am a high achiever. For example, in my last job, I was praised by my manager for my strong work ethic and for how I helped to train new team members whenever they joined the company.

And then you finish your answer by telling the hiring manager one thing you will do in the role to give them a great return on your salary. You can say something like this:

If you hire me, I will be a positive role model for the company to make sure you beat your closest competitors.

Whenever you answer the interview question, either introduce yourself… or tell me about yourself, make sure you use my 4-3-2-1 structure.
