TOP 5 HARDEST INTERVIEW QUESTIONS & ANSWERS! (HOW TO ANSWER THE MOST DIFFICULT INTERVIEW QUESTIONS!) #jobinterview #interviewpreparation #motivation
https://youtu.be/lGQddPLPiXU
HARDEST INTERVIEW QUESTION 1: TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF. 01:48
This is one of the hardest questions to answer because you will be the most nervous at the start of your interview – the question is being asked for 2 reasons:
REASON 1. To give you the chance to talk about something you should know a lot about, yourself!
REASON 2. To assess your communication skills. That is why I strongly recommend you practice your answer several times before your interview.

I recommend you talk about these 4 things in your answer:
1. The SKILLS you have that match the job role.
2. Any EXPERIENCE you can bring to the company.
3. Details of the ACHIEVEMENTS you have attained in your life so far.
4. And finally, the TYPE of person you are and what you will do in the role to add value to the company.

Those 4 things stand for SEAT. S-E-A-T. And you can easily remember my SEAT structure for Tell Me About Yourself because you will be sitting down on a SEAT at your interview.

HARDEST INTERVIEW QUESTION 2: WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS? 04:32
This is one of the hardest questions to answer because most people think they should not disclose any weaknesses in an interview – they are wrong. People often say they don’t have any weaknesses, or their weakness is that they are a perfectionist! Do not say either of those things!

The question is being asked to assess honesty, because we all have weaknesses, and also your desire to improve – if you are always improving in your job, you will be more appealing to the hiring manager.

HARDEST INTERVIEW QUESTION 3: WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU OVER THE OTHER CANDIDATES? 06:00
This tough interview question is being asked to determine which candidate can add the most value in the role. The hiring manager will use your answer and the answers of the other candidates to decide which person they want to offer the job to! Please make sure you practice your answer so you deliver it with confidence!

I also recommend you say they should hire you for 3 reasons – the majority of candidates will give just one reason in your answer. If you give 3 reasons, you will easily stand out.

HARDEST INTERVIEW QUESTION 4: TELL ME ABOUT A TIME YOU FAILED! 08:09
This next tough interview question is designed, again, to assess honesty, but it is also designed to establish whether you take responsibility for your failures and improve.

Do not say you have never failed – instead, give a specific example of a time you failed, what you did to put things right and how you learned from the experience.

HARDEST INTERVIEW QUESTION 5: TELL ME ABOUT A TIME YOU DISAGREED WITH YOUR BOSS! 09:38
This is the hardest interview question to answer! The question assesses whether you remain calm during disagreements and also whether you are prepared to disagree with your boss if you think something can be done in an improved way to the company’s benefit.

HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (Even When Your Mind Goes Blank!)

HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS (Even When Your Mind Goes Blank!) Let me write your interview answers! https://passmyinterview.com/ultimate-tailored-job-interview-qa-package/ #jobinterviews #interviewpreparation #interviewtips
*** HOW TO ANSWER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS WHEN YOUR MIND GOES BLANK! ***
Have you ever been asked a job interview question and suddenly your mind goes completely blank? You know you have the skills and experience needed for the position, but when the interviewer asks you a question, you simply cannot think of what to say.

This is incredibly common, and the good news is there is a simple technique you can use to get your answer back on track.

It is called the PPE METHOD:
P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING
P – PICK ONE THING
E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER

Here is how to use the PPE method to answer interview questions confidently, even when your mind goes blank!

P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING
The first thing to do when you are asked a difficult interview question is to pause.

Many candidates believe they have to start answering immediately. They don’t!

Taking a brief pause of two or three seconds before responding can actually demonstrate confidence, composure and good communication skills.

It also gives your brain valuable time to process the question and decide what you want to say.

If your mind goes blank, don’t panic and start talking for the sake of filling the silence. Take a moment, maintain positive body language and think about the question.

A short, controlled pause will usually look far more professional than rushing into an answer that lacks structure or direction.

P – PICK ONE THING
Next, pick ONE thing you can talk about.

One of the reasons people struggle with interview questions is because they try to formulate the perfect answer in their head before they start speaking.

Instead, simplify the process.

Think of just ONE relevant skill, experience, example, achievement or piece of knowledge connected to the question and start with that.

For example, imagine the interviewer asks:

“What are your greatest strengths?”

Your mind suddenly goes blank.

Instead of trying to remember a long list of strengths, pick ONE:

“One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively.”

You now have the starting point for your answer.

Or perhaps the interviewer asks:

“Why should we hire you?”

Pick ONE reason:

“You should hire me because I have the skills and qualities needed to contribute to the team from the moment I start.”

Once you have that first point, you can move on to the final stage of the PPE method.

E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER
Now EXPAND on the point you have chosen.

Explain why it is relevant, provide some evidence, give an example, or describe how it will benefit the employer.

Let’s return to the strengths example:

“One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively. In my previous roles, I have regularly communicated with customers, colleagues and managers, and I always make sure information is clear, professional and easy to understand. I believe this strength would help me work effectively with your team and provide excellent service to your customers.”

Notice what happened.

We started with just ONE simple thought – communication – and then expanded on it.

You do not need to have your entire interview answer prepared in your head before you start talking. You simply need a starting point.

REMEMBER: PPE!
If your mind goes blank during your next job interview, remember these three letters:

P – PAUSE BEFORE ANSWERING.
Take two or three seconds to think. This demonstrates confidence, composure and good communication skills.

P – PICK ONE THING.
Choose one relevant skill, strength, experience, example or fact you can talk about.

E – EXPAND ON YOUR ANSWER.
Develop your initial point by explaining it, giving evidence or providing an example.

The biggest mistake you can make when your mind goes blank is to panic. Instead, slow everything down and use PPE.

PAUSE. PICK. EXPAND.

This simple interview technique gives your brain time to work, provides your answer with direction and helps you communicate confidently under pressure.

Most importantly, remember that interviewers are not expecting you to respond like a robot. They want to see that you can listen carefully, think about the question and provide a clear, relevant and confident response.

So, before your next job interview, practise answering common interview questions using the PPE method.

The more you practise **PAUSE – PICK – EXPAND**, the easier it will become to answer difficult interview questions without your mind going blank.
