Cuba’s foreign minister has accused the US of building a “fraudulent case” for military intervention, following a report that it had acquired attack drones capable of targeting Florida.
Bruno Rodríguez stressed that Havana “neither threatens nor desires war” after US news site Axios reported, citing classified intelligence, that Cuba now possessed 300 drones and was discussing striking nearby US targets.

Two E/A-18 Growler fighter jets collided during an air show in Idaho, sending thick smoke rising into the sky and stunning spectators on the ground. Authorities in Abu Dhabi responded to a fire caused by a drone strike on an electrical generator outside the inner perimeter of the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the Al Dhafra Region, the Abu Dhabi Media Office says.

No injuries were reported, radiological safety levels were unaffected, and the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation confirms the plant’s essential systems are operating normally.
