More than 380,000 residents across eight regions in the Philippines have been affected by the enhanced southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council. At least 110,000 families have been impacted, while the death toll remains at six and seven people have been injured.

Heavy rainfall has triggered severe flooding, landslides and rockslides across several areas. Officials said two deaths were caused by landslides, two by rockslides, and the others by drowning and electrocution. At least 148 houses have been damaged, including 10 that were completely destroyed.

A red rainfall warning remains in force for several areas, including Metro Manila, as authorities assist residents in low-lying areas with evacuations and relocation. 86 evacuation centres have been established, sheltering around 7,300 people, while thousands more are staying outside designated evacuation centres.
