HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERVIEW!
If you have an Amazon Customer Service or Customer Support interview coming up, preparation is essential. Amazon expects employees to deliver outstanding service, solve problems quickly and take responsibility for the customer experience.

Follow these five tips to prepare effectively.

1. PREPARE YOUR INTRODUCTION

SEAT stands for Skills, Experience, Accomplishments and Type of person you are. Keep your introduction positive, relevant to the role and approximately 60 seconds long.
