2. Dress Professionally
Your appearance signals standards. First impressions are formed in seconds.

3. Research the Company

4. Prepare Your “Tell Me About Yourself” Answer
Have a structured, confident response ready (this sets the tone for the entire interview).

5. Use the STAR Method for Examples
Give clear, structured answers with evidence of results—not vague statements.

6. Practice Out Loud (Not in Your Head)
Speaking your answers builds confidence, clarity, and reduces nerves.

7. Prepare 3 Smart Questions to Ask
Shows curiosity, professionalism, and that you’re thinking long-term.

8. Know the Job Description Inside Out
Link your skills directly to what they need—make it easy for them to hire you.

9. Bring Energy and Positivity

Reinforce your value: “I’m confident I can contribute quickly and deliver results.”

2 INTERVIEW QUESTIONS 95% OF CANDIDATES FAIL! DON’T SAY THIS! #jobinterview #careeradvice

Published

2 INTERVIEW QUESTIONS 95% OF CANDIDATES FAIL! DON’T SAY THIS!
Most candidates fail their interview before it even gets started… because they give weak, predictable answers to these 2 questions.

❌ “Why should we hire you?”
Wrong: “Because I’m the best person for the job.”
👉 No proof. No value. No impact.

❌ “Why do you want this job?”
Wrong: “Because I need the money.”
👉 Self-focused. Zero interest in the company.

Here’s what SMART candidates do instead:

✅ Why should we hire you?
“I’m a strong fit for the role, I can make an immediate impact, and I’ll deliver results that give you a return on your salary.”

✅ Why do you want this job?
“I want to work for your company because of your reputation, values, and the opportunity to contribute and grow long-term.”

💡 Don’t be average. Be the candidate they REMEMBER.
