Hey crew! Just to clarify a few things:
The detergent we used was the Daiso Detergent for Puff and Sponge
We pronounce Lancome with an Australian accent but Lancome is pronounced "lohn-cohm"
Yes the intro is long – we have a list of comprehensive time stamps in the description box for all the busy people.
Lastly, if you are unclear about how we weighed the product (yes, sadly I need to explain this yet again), we weighed the UNTOUCHED product and then weighed it again after it had been touched/swatched, the product removed, washed and dried. Then we got the final weight by subtracting the weight of the empty flower from the original weight. Us swatching/reviewing the product has no impact on the final weight as we weighed the flower before it was ever touched. I know it may not seem like that was the order we did things, but that is the power of editing for you.

What a rip off!! I had no idea it was a plastic flower with product on it, I thought it was like a creamy highlighter they made into a flower shape. That woulda been a much better idea

I haven't even bought it and I'm pissed that it's nothing but a cheap fake rose with loose highlighter dumped on it! I think I'm gonna make these for Christmas gifts!!! Glad I found this video now!
I could find tins and silk roses at Dollar Tree and buy a pot of loose highlighter or crush a solid highlighter and dump it on the flower after spritzing it with setting spray…

All this time I’d been under the impression this was some sort of molded highlighter. A fake flower with powder on it? For $60?! That’s absurd. I’ll go to the craft store and crush up a dollar store powder, sprinkle it on top and make my own.

Oh by the way, I found what looks to be an incredibly similar spatula on Amazon for $5.79 USD. It’s by Miayon. Just type in “makeup spatula.” It also comes with a mixing palette.

I think it was a great idea, just very poorly executed. The product isn’t very shimmery, and it’s chalky as well. Additionally, there is very little product altogether. I know Lancôme can do better. Oh well.
