In February I purchased 3 Colourpop 9 pan pallets and a couple of lip liners. I received them and opened the NudeMood pallet and one of the eyeshadow shades crumbled exploding all over me. I contacted their customer service through their website twice and also through social media and they have ignored me. Customer service is my number one pet peeve. If a company doesn't care about their customers then they don't need my business. There's no excuse for poor customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

I think someone should do a special ‘industry report’ on ‘what this means’ regarding all the brands & retail in financial crisis
it is worrying. Here in parts of the EU, the shops have ZERO expectation to get 2021 cosmetics. None
Shops are emptying. Shops are closing. Shelves & displays are empty. MUAs are spending their in-shop time sending out the product back to the warehouses.
Online, if you shop Amazon, I have seen $5 blush with €40 S&H 😳 it is a fucking shitshow. WHO the fuck is Luvia? They are all that’s left.
Sheet masks are gone. You can’t get Beauty-directed electroconductive gel (won’t buy the medical product, under some delusion I won’t take it from clinics?)
The non-medical drugstores are closing brick & mortar.
It might be good for IndyBrands, but I don’t trust sending money to some rando

I love the idea of the contouring eyeshadow palettes. I'll be buying the set from KKW Beauty. I loved the eyeshadow palettes the brand put out before and I have two of those so I'll be happy to add to the collection. It's really a good makeup company but I loathe KKW herself. But…shes just the face of the company and nothing more.
