   I love watching these episodes because it just shows me how inundated the market is n how much the beauty industry are pumping endless products out to get my $$$

   The phrase "Clean Beauty" needs to disappear, any chemicals in makeup have been tested within an inch of their lives and are safe or they wouldn't be in the formula.
   "Clean Beauty" has no definition its just fear mongering marketing.
   Team science over here brands need to quit this "Its Clean" crap and just sell "Its Good" instead, then they wouldn't need a gimmick.

   I know this is so old, but quarantine 🤣. My problem with MG was the price for the 21 pan was only a little less than viseart or ND. And while I LOVE my MG shadows, they are nowhere near that quality. She should have given a deeper discount on the 21 pans until it was almost stupid not to buy them. Then everyone would've had them, and used them. But she's got to stop trying to go back to 2005. It's not going to happen, and it's starting to get kinda sad

   I was excited for the Weylie palette because I was looking for something to travel with but idk… the second blush looks almost like a 3rd bronzer. And I heard both of the bronzers not only have shimmer, but are not the butter bronzer formula. It’s a shame because I’ve been searching for a palette just like this. 2 bronzers, 2 blushes, 2 highlighters, travel friendly packaging… if the two blushes were peach and pink and the bronzers didn’t have shimmer, I would buy it in a heartbeat! I might buy it anyways just to see for myself lol 😂

    I use liquid lipsticks on my cheeks, only thing that survives my oils plus love the sheer matte glossier cloud paint look without the price tag 🌸

    Does anyone question whether Kat Von D had much choice in her step-down? It seems to me that her personal beliefs and comments only made after Kendo's investment, de-valued the company so much as to leave her liable. The necessity of the separation has been evident from a purely financial perspective for more than a full quarter. It was clear the customer would not be dropping this particular bone and the delay in their dissolution with Kat makes me think she was dragging her feet til forced.

    I do like the Makeup Geek eyeshadow pallets I created myself a Matt pallet with different tones I love it and I always used it I just buy single shimmer beautiful eyeshadows 😋

    I think Kylie collaborating with her daughter is not only a smart business move for the child… but also really sweet. I imagine Stormi is involved in a lot of aspects of her mother's life. I would not be surprised if she told or asked her momma to make a butterfly collection or something… or maybe they play makeup together and Stormi always picks pinks, purples, and peaches. Who knows. But you can't deny a mother loving her child isn't sweet.

    No the blue light from screens does not damage your skin. The conzentration is way less than when you go outside

    Omg I think I figured out the Micellar foundation?? See this video at 6:05. This professional make up artist talks about layering working better when you match your skin care and foundation (oil based with oil based, water based with water based). So maybe micellar foundation pairs with water based and oil based skin care products equally?!?! Maybe that was the concept but it didn’t test well, so they didn’t advertise it?

    I don't need anything from the Kylie collab, but I think it's very sweet and different from shoving the romance thing down our throats. I saw videos of her letting Stormi pick from a variety of colors so I think she really did kind of help.

    Did you guys hear, apparently kendo is claiming KVD doesn’t stand for Kats initials. They are genuinely claiming that it stands for it stands for Kindness Vegan beauty which makes the whole name Kindness Vegan beauty Discovery Vegan Beauty

    Also I think the makeup geek palettes are really boring and I don’t like the price point for the pre made palettes. I wish they would have done something fun and unique. Maybe some pastel palettes, duochrome palettes, green palettes, monochrome palettes without dumb pressed glitter, etc

    In regards to MUG, I don't mind that there are so many mattes because I have enough shimmers, glitter, duo & multichromes. The palettes do appeal to me as they are, but I feel like she is too late to the party. I already have all of these colors. But I do agree with your analysis of the brand. She continues to be outdated. It hurts to watch. It's like watching a family member make a series of bad decisions and not being able to stir them in the right direction. Even her website, her instagram page, the photography and selection of colors (branding) are boring and dated. She need to hire someone to help her with branding, as well as R&D. She probably doesn't have those kind of funds, but there are tons of young people who are creative, innovative fresh out of college who need and want the experience. She needs to wake up and move with the times.

    That Bite Micellar Foundation is really pissing me off lmao 😂 I’m disappointed, I really loved them as a brand and concept before. I still may buy their lipsticks and make my own shade at the Bite Beauty lab in San Francisco. Et tu Bite Beauty? Et tu??
