I was looking through your history of makeup breakup videos. I am surprised that neither Estee Lauder Double Wear or Nars Radiant Longwear foundation have been checked yet for $ per application. I don't even know if you are still doing this series, but if so please consider adding these classic foundations.

You could add, say, 10 ounces of water to the bottle, shake it up and pour it out into a cylinder and subtract the water value.

Right Hayley. Why didn't they make the pump to pump 1/2 a pump? 1/2a pump
is their claim. 😕 Seems to me it would be revolutionary since I don't believe any company makes a 12 a pump pump. Say that ten times. 😂

USE SYRINGES! I just had a revelation! To minimise wastage of product on the sides of whatever you're pumping any cream products to and to measure volume as acurate as possible you girls should use syringes! They are graduated too and you can push all the product down from the sides to level not to mention the ease of putting all the measured product back to it's original container! If you get a long and wide enough needle as well with a different syringe you could use it to suck the product out of the bottom of the containers where the pump doesn't reach.

I think that for viscous liquids for example syrups you are supposed to use a conic graduated measure and not a cilindric one.

I tried this foundation yesterday and it is beeeeautiful. Definitely very full coverage and amazing longwear. I was touching and wiping my face all day it didn’t move. Usually breaks down around my nose and chin but this still looked immaculate. Looked exactly like the vanish stick on my skin just a more matte version

great job Girls! my doubt is…if the product is so thick how u’ll cover the whole face with just a half pump? e.g. the revlon for combo/oily skin is pretty thick n i need 1.5-2pumps to cover evenly my face so i doubt with 0.5 pump it would work

is it just me, or did the pumps later on all look like the amount of half a pump you showed in the beginning? it never appeared to dispense the same volume of product you showed at the start. it could be due to the way the packaging and mechanism is created, so when the container has less and less product inside, it won't give you a "full pump" amount anymore … someone should do a weight test with their foundation and tell me! 😀

💜💜💜tfs💜💜💜 Hailey, you brought up a question for me, I realise you were extra pumping and we wouldn't normally be pumping out an entire bottle at once, but with the shape of the bottle, how uncomfortable was it (just with the first or second pump)? I have dexterity issues and I find square and rectangle bottles more difficult to use than round (I know, weak as piss) ♿♿♿

I don't remotely believe you could get full coverage with even a whole pump, though. You can't even do that with the Kat von D foundation, which is the fullest coverage I've ever seen. I'm sure I would go through this in 3mo. or less.

Only needing a small amount makes sense. But how many times are you going to try for a half pump, but pump it all the way down instead?
