Cerave has their salicylic acid lotion which is great for KP. The whole line is awesome for skin. I have started using my facial products on neck and chest for this reason though.

I LOVE the smell of the Bom Dia lotion! It has a light plum scent, but it's not terribly strong, even right out of the tub.
(fun fact: pronounced Boh-m Gee-uh, it's "Good day" or "Good morning" in Portuguese)
