I want to thumbs up this video a million times because it just terrifies me how many young girls are buying and using fakes either because they don't realize it and think they got a really good deal or they intentionally get it because they can't afford the real thing. It's so important to emphasize the dangers of using fake makeup because you really don't know what you're using on your face, risking going blind or becoming seriously ill.

Really appreciate this! I've seen videos where reviewers actually recommend a fake over a real product, because its cheaper or sometime they say it performs better. To be honest, I doubt that is often the case, and you should always support the real creators behind these products, but even if it is somehow "just as good": performance does not matter – you literally have no idea what is going on your skin, and being absorbed through it. It could literally be poisoning you.

The back of the palette didn’t have the ABH symbol/logo/seal whatever. That was a major factor for me to tell it was fake, compared to the real one. But I didn’t know there was a seal as I don’t buy ABH eyeshadow palettes (the colors arent for me, and I don’t like the combos of colors they have they make no sense lol) so I can see why people would see this in a flea market or something and not notice. Other than the fact that no real makeup ends up in a flea market. Never buy makeup from anywhere except the licensed retailers. Lol

I admit that i cant afford most of the original palletes but i wont go buying the fakes either. As mentioned,we dont know what is in the ingredients and how it was made. I rather buy drugstore makeup. Who am i kidding. My makeup vanity is not for show anyways.
