   I understand your view. That is tough. There is also a sort of makeup fatigue I am noticing in the community also. Many boring releases this year.
   I was expecting NOT to buy the Jackie palette but did once I saw it in person. Lol it is way better than I expected in person and for the shocker… it's my fav ABH palette now. I don't even know this Jackie.

   I'm sorry you had to go through that with some Jackie Fans but please don't blame her. There is a severe issue with racism against darker skinned influencers here and I think u got caught up in it. The large majority of Jackie stans don't care if u don't buy the pallets. Its continuously selling out so More for us lol

    I don't know about all other states in the U.S. but I live in California and you can't say anything anymore. Everyone has become super sensitive and it's the strangest thing. I think Orange Man Trump has created so much division with the things he says and with the borders and all of that it's just become impossible. Anyone can be accused of being racist when people are looking to twist your words. It's very very sad. It's not you.

    One of the reasons I like watching – if people found your previous comments anti-JA or dismissive of the release they clearly aren’t regular viewers. Treating her release like any other should be the goal, not indication of racism. Thank you for defending yourselves instead of doing an unnecessary apology.

    I think the whole Jackie thing was a bit of a case of lost in translation because in America when we say "I'm not a fan" it's sort of a passive aggressive way of saying we really don't like something/someone. Keep it up though I love you guys, you always make my day! ♥️

    The Fix+ SPF launched in the UK too. I got it. I like it. If you shake the bloody guts out of it you don't get white spots but if you just give it a little shake there will be dots. I hope they don't cancel it, I love keeping one in my bag for touch ups due to me being dealthy pale lol

    I don't care if it's boring but I actually really like the KKW matte smokey palette. It's what I wanted the UD naked smokey palette to be, more sort of cool matte browns and grays, and I like the deep navy blue since I'm not very keen on blue shadows to start. While the shimmer shades in the Naked Smokey are nice, I find that I very rarely use them and stick to the same three matte shades. The KKW smoke palette looks like it would make a great companion to my naked smokey

    I know from the Ofra Area 51 lip set, Emerald City and Wonderland are previously existing colors. I bought them years ago, though I think they had been "discontinued" when they revamped the packaging. Obviously not actually discontinued though 🤷🏻‍♀️🖤
    The Viseart neutrals palette is right up my alley. I don't do "wearable" style makeup so those are exactly the kind of matte base shades I would get a ton of use out of.

    I'm trying to figure out when this whole conversation turned into an American history lesson? I'm really sorry that your comments from a previous episode were misconstrued but exactly what does that have to do with America per se?? I like beauty news and and enjoy both of your channels but I wouldn't watch either of you if I thought you were racist. Now, that being said, I feel as though you have forgotten your world history! I'm not going to play a game of "fun facts about racism and mankind since the beginning of time." but WTH?? Even if you didn't realize your "I'm not a fan." comment sounds like sarcasm. Now maybe where you live that comment means nothing but where I live it's a way of saying that you dont like someone. I'll never forget the time I was chatting with a lovely Aussie girl and she told me a story about a day when she was at work and her co-worker said "If you don't hurry up, I'm going to smack your fanny!" she was so upset until she found out that, here it means behind or tush. It's just a slang term that became a major misunderstanding but thankfully a funny one. I think that some people, who don't watch you regularly may have interpreted what you said in a negative way. I hope they watch this and understand what your point was. I think adding comments about "knowing American history" is unhelpful and divisive.

    Wait, WHY are you apologizing??? There was nothing racist about what you said. You’re consumers who have the choice to buy or not buy whatever you want. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for that, and you certainly shouldn’t be called a racist for it. People are utterly ridiculous. They’re so quick to pull the race card and it’s becoming more annoying than anything. This is the point where Jackie or other POC need to step up and say “enough is enough…we’re desensitizing people to a very real issue by being so casual with who we deem a ‘racist’. Our message is no longer being taken seriously and our mission is no longer leading to a positive change. We have to be more proactive and less reactive.”

    I'm sorry to hear there was such a bad miscommunication about your reasons for not wanting to buy Jackie's pallette. I'm sure someone has already said this, but part of the miscommunication, depending on the phrasing, is that "I'm not really a fan of ____" is a common phrase in America which typically does mean "I don't like that person".
    It's really dumb. That I will admit. Like many American words and phrases.
    I think people who are fans of hers may have also been looking for something, you know? Like if you look for trouble you are going to find it. You guys come on and say "we aren't really fans of Jackie" and those people say "woah, hold up".
    Either way, hope things go better for you ladies and that this clears up the waters.
