This is… a very late comment, but I actually kind of understand the sponge stand. I don't have a lot of counter space, so I keep my sponge on a $0.99 soap drainage tray – it keeps my sponge from rolling onto the floor, and the drainage holes let it fully dry while I'm not using it. I'm happy with my soap tray, but I do think there is a market for the stand.

Ladies … in Australia we have consumer laws that are there to protect consumers. It's actually against the law to mislead … so please don't assume companies have no need to be accountable for the claims they make. Actually, shaped beauty marks were fashion statements in both the 1950s and with French upper class in the 1800s. I love vintage style, so personally I'm pretty excited about the Milk Makeup stampers.
